Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to find out government policies regarding funds during the COVID-19 pandemic, with the method used is the normative legal method. From the methods that can be used to analyze problems related to COVID-19 assistance, which is not only about the truth which is the task of the government. The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on all sectors of the economy, which empties into the employment sector. The number of workers whose situation and situation with the Covid-19 pandemic has reached 1.7 million people, both formal and informal workers. Unemployment during COVID-19 reached 2.92 to 5.23 million people. Some hope must be raised during the emergency period, that hope must grow in line with the tempestuous investment climate, so that the absorbed workforce will increase. in this case the government decides about what can help the community further about this decision which is very closely related to an accuracy. There are many weaknesses found in government assistance, such as only lists that can be used to manipulate the data they have, so that they get the assistance. For this reason, the government needs to take strategic steps because there have been so many aids that have been given but are given by many people who do not deserve it. For that we need special rules related to these aids
