Abstract
Continuous and comprehensive planning of the entire community from planning, program preparation, implementation and evaluation of its implementation. finance must be planned (simultaneously) the purpose (use) of money and from where the money is obtained. The number of needs and uses must be the same (balanced). An effective way for PKK women in Birun Village, Pangkalan Jambu District, Merangin Regency, is to optimize the technology used daily in the form of a simple application that comes with a cellphone, namely notes. The 5 PKK women of Birun Village have not opened the application at all and when it is opened it is still empty, so the author explains the simple way is that they can write down cash inflows, outflows or debts periodically.
