NINE : Journal of Law and Customs, Volume 1 Number 1, Januari 2023, is a means of scientific publication of laws and customs in the land of Jambi, nine village heads and customary law in general. This journal was formed because of the urgency of law towards indigenous and tribal peoples in the era of globalization which is full of technological advances, for this reason through this publication it is hoped that it will be able to maintain the culture and customary laws that apply, today's customary law communities must be optimized, because before the existence of this country indigenous peoples have their own traditions and ways to coexist with nature.
