Abstract

As an archipelago country with knowledge, traditions, culture and tropical
climate, this commodity produces a variety of commodities/products with high
economic potential for Indonesia as its economic value reflects the wealth of its

object. Intellectual property issues in some countries, including Indonesia, await
legal protection of intellectual property rights. This protection allows intellectual
property owners, whether individuals, groups or companies, to enforce their rights
and safely explore their assets. It prepares the country's products and economic
environment, bringing benefits and prosperity to the country, rural communities, for
this protection. Protecting people's intellectual property rights is a rule of law
concept that embodies the wetmatigheid principle. Apart from the rule of law, there is
also the concept of the rule of law, which establishes a free and non-binding judicial
system and protects human rights by prioritizing equality over the law.
