Manajemen Taman Pendidikan Qur’an (TPQ) Masjid Baitussalam Kota Bangko

Abstract

This research aims to obtain information about the management of the Baitussalam Mosque Bangko City Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) with the hope that it can provide benefits as a contribution to Islamic education scholarship, especially in the management of Islamic education. This research was carried out using a descriptive qualitative approach to understand and explain the phenomenon -a phenomenon that has occurred and is currently ongoing at the Baitussalam mosque, Bangko city, Merangin district. The data collection technique used is the participatory observation method, where the researcher is involved with the daily activities of the person being observed or used as a source of research data, the structured interview method is by making direct contact with the data source, either in an original situation or with a conditioned in such a way and documentation methods which include administration, organizational structure and management of the mosque, implementation of worship and Islamic education at the Baitussalam mosque, and documents about the history of the Baitussalam mosque. The results of the research show that the implementation of the mosque's Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) Baitussalam has not run ideally because there are two organizers who teach at the Baitussalam Mosque's Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) and there is no intense collaboration between the two organizers.
