Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Personality, Fairness and Affective Commitment on Organizational Retaliation Behavior on Marketing Employees of PT Suka Fajar Padang Branch. The population is all Marketing Employees of PT Suka Fajar Padang Branch, totaling 40 people. The sampling method used is the Survey or Quantitative method. Research data collection is carried out by library research and research in the field. Data processing and analysis was carried out using the SPSS program. The results showed that Personality, Fairness and Affective Commitment had a significant effect on Organizational Retaliation Behavior.
