ADIL is a journal of STIH YPM which focuses on the related fields of Law and General Sciences which can be a means of scientific publication for intellectuals. The word ADIL in the title of this journal is taken from the word justice which comes from the fifth principle of Pancasila, namely "Social justice for all Indonesian people". For this reason, the ideals of a rule of law that must be based on the principles of social justice, this principle need to be upheld, because in the end public welfare is the ultimate goal, as stated in the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution.
