Abstract
The study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture on the performance of STAI Darul Ulum Sarolangun employees. This study uses population research while the population is all employees in the STAI Darul Ulum Sarolangun environment in 2022 consisting of 45 people. Data collection with questionnaire techniques through validity and reliability tests. Data analysis using linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-test. The instrument test results show that all variables are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that the variables x and y are linear and normally distributed. The results of the analysis show that the regression equation is: Y = 0.651 + 1.183 X; (1) Organizational culture variable t test with a value of 0.000; so that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that the organizational culture variable affects employee performance. Test coefficient of determination Adjusted R² = 0.955; This means that the competency variable is explained by 95.5%, the remaining 4.5% is more influenced by other variables that are not studied.
