Realization of Conversational Cooperation Principles in Black and White Events at Trans 7

Abstract
In normal communication, it seems that it can be assumed that a speaker articulates an utterance with the intention of communicating something to the interlocutor, and hopes that the interlocutor can understand what is being communicated. For this reason, speakers always try to make their speech always relevant to the context, clear and easy to understand, concise and concise and always on the issue, so as not to waste the time of the interlocutor. In realizing the cooperative principle, every speaker must obey the four maxims of conversation. This study aims to describe the realization of conversational maxims in the Black and White program on Trans7. The focus of this research relates to the realization and violation of the conversational maxims contained in the Black and White program on Trans7.
This research is a qualitative research. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The data of this research is the conversation between the presenter and the resource person in the Black and White program on Trans7. The data taken is the August 1, 2017 edition with the theme Adhi Makayasa Awarded Officer.
Based on the results of the study, it was found that the speech in the Black and White program on Trans7 had realized the principles of conversational cooperation, namely: maxim of quantity; maxim of quality; maxim of relevance; maxim of execution or manner. In addition to complying with the principle of cooperative conversation, the speech in the Black and White program on Trans7 there is also a violation of maxims when speaking both by the presenter and by the resource person.
